2. Services

  • We provide photography and videography services, including digital stage media packages for athletes.

  • Products are delivered as digital downloads via file transfer (FromSmash).

  • No physical goods are supplied.

3. Ordering

  • Orders are placed through our website checkout (Wix).

  • You will receive an email confirmation once payment has been received.

  • You are responsible for providing accurate details such as name, email address, and stage number where applicable.

4. Pricing and payment

  • All prices are shown in GBP (£).

  • Full payment is required at the time of order.

  • Payments are securely processed through Wix payment providers (PayPal, Google Pay, Apple Pay, bank payment). We do not store payment card details.

5. Delivery

  • Files are delivered electronically via email and file transfer link.

  • You are responsible for ensuring your email address is correct and for downloading your files promptly.

  • We cannot guarantee indefinite storage of your media.

6. Refunds and cancellations

  • Digital products (photos/videos) are non-refundable once editing or delivery has begun.

  • If you cancel before editing starts, a refund may be considered at our discretion.

  • If we cannot fulfil your order, a full refund will be issued.

  • For event/show packages: if a show is postponed, your package will be transferred to the rescheduled date.

7. Copyright and usage rights

  • All photographs and videos remain the copyright of James Lineham Media Ltd.

  • When you purchase a package, you receive a personal licence to use the media for your own purposes, including sharing on social media.

  • Commercial use (sponsorships, advertising, resale, etc.) requires written permission.

8. Limitation of liability

  • We are not responsible for delays or issues outside our control (such as event cancellations, technical problems, or third-party failures).

  • Our liability is limited to the total amount paid for your order.

9. Governing law

  • These Terms are governed by the laws of England & Wales. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of England & Wales.

10. Changes to these Terms

  • We may update these Terms from time to time. Updates take effect once posted on this page. Your continued use of the site constitutes acceptance of any changes.
